A Fragile Claim
Human Writing for AI Musicians
Inhale each small and secret breath,
Cool air that carries life through death,
With flowers’ scent and moments bright,
Of laughter held in shade and light.
Each bond you forged, each hand you knew,
Each quiet dream that carried you,
Inhale the work, you lost and won,
The midnight toil, the rising sun.
Your gathered things, your fragile claim,
The weight of wealth, the taste of fame,
The golden chime, the silver thread,
Draw all of it into your chest.
And hold it there, just hold it tight,
A fleeting sum of borrowed light.
Then exhale slow, release the whole,
No sorting mind, no grasping soul,
No grief, no joy, no name, no role,
Let everything unmake its hold.
Let muscles slacken, tendons cease,
Fall inward to a deeper peace,
No need to cling, no need to know,
Just soften into letting go.
This is the stillness yours to keep,
A living calm, awake, not asleep,
Exhale
and simply, gently be.
